Meet The Founder and Owner, Rachel Hack
Rachel’s customer service career began while working in commission sales at Nordstrom. In her role, she styled merchandise and provided personal shopping services for regular customers. Recognizing her passion for fashion, she attended and graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in San Francisco, California. With her degree in Fashion Merchandising, Rachel started her fashion career at the corporate offices of Gap Inc. A few years later, she returned to her hometown in Maryland. Without a significant fashion presence in the area, she transitioned into a career in Human Resources and eventually found her way into Recruiting.
As a recruiter with 19 years of experience matching candidates with job opportunities, she recognized the similarities between her work and the dating world. Understanding the direct correlation between matching singles and fostering lasting love, she wanted to challenge the typical approach to dating and end endless swiping on dating apps. Intending to transform the matchmaking industry, she set out to provide services that are not only affordable but also personalized.
